The Application Form should be properly completed, along with the required documents and sent by e-mail to:

Upon receiving the documentation and its evaluation by the admissions office of Culinary School Villa Retiro, a response of acceptance or rejection will be sent, as appropriate.

After receiving acceptance response by the admission office, there will be a one week period in order to make the payment by bank transfer. The transfer receipt copy should be e-mailed.

Diploma or certificate of studies.

Employment history certificate.

Updated Curriculum Vitae.

2 passport size photographs.

In most countries student via application may be submitted at the nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate where details will be given for any particular situation.

Once received the payment, the letter of admission will be sent as well as complete information about the beginning of the Master. This process usually lasts about 12 weeks. Our representative in your country, if you have one, can also inform you about the visa application procedure.

Villa Retiro Culinary School or its representatives have no jurisdiction over decisions concerning visa application. The relevant Spanish authorities make all decisions.

Per Academic Course

✓ Reservation fee: 20%

✓ First payment: 30% before starting date.

✓ Last payment: 50% before mid-course.

Prices are given in Euros (€) and payments should be made in this currency. Bank fees are not covered by Villa Retiro Culinary School.

You must send proof of payment via email.

Getting Started

You are requested to arrive a few days before the beginning of the course. Orientation will be held during the first week so the student will adapt to the school safety and hygiene protocols, be able of getting familiar with the machinery and kitchen tools and get to know first-aid knowledge and food handling.
