Culinary School Villa Retiro run by chef Fran López is a training center in restoration located in the Hotel Villa Retiro, in Xerta (Terres de l’Ebre). ECVR provides face-to-face training in gastronomy and leadership in cooking, professional training in cooking, technical courses in gastronomy, masterclass in restoration and monographic workshops.
