Gràcies als seus grups reduïts de 10 persones, aprendràs dins del restaurant Villa Retiro (1 Estrella Michelín) fent pràctica en totes les partides de la cuina.
Entra dins de les entranyes del restaurant i aprén a liderar les partides perfeccionant els teus valors professionals i formació acadèmica.
Si tens experiència com a cuiner però no has rebut formació reglada, si has estudiat però et queda per aprendre, aquest és el teu màster en gastronomia.
